From the moment Henry Wang reached out to me via email, I was able to take the comfortable steps I wanted to order my new 2023 i4 M50. Although, I had to wait 9 months (not Chapman's fault at all!!! just the supply issue) every step of the way was amazing. My car a E92 M3 08 I had my AC evaporator replaced, Advisor Samuel Lemus went above and beyond trying to get me the best price possible, I was treated like a KING, Bmw Certified Technician Russell Kramer worked on my car , he had to take the entire dashboard out to get to evaporator. BMW X5 and 430i Grand Coupe

A little under two years ago we visited Chapman BMW about 15 minutes before close. Kim Reid came out to greet us and spent the remaining time while the dealership was open to talk with us about the X5 without any pressure to come into the dealership. Because of Kim's product knowledge, and polite professional personality made my partner want to come back during open hours to buy a car from her. I admit we visited more than once to Chapman BWW and each time she was patient helping us fully understand the car we were buying. We enjoyed the purchase of the X5 so much that we went a few weeks ago and bought a 430i for me. Both of our purchases were smooth and easy, and because of this, we sent our friends to Kim who bought a 340i from her. The car business was a good part of my life for 20-plus years, and I am not one to give out compliments like this easily to people in the business.

Lily did a great job but I'm really disappointed at the nickel and diming that goes on with BMW. I recently traded in a 2020 M340 i on a new one - thinking that the nav system would be the same. Found out that i have to get a subscription to get the traffic info that came with the last car.. and some directional info doesn't work at all. I tried a number of times to put my home address in - to no avail. We've had 9 or 10 cars from Chapman over the last 16 years. This will be the last one. Very disappointed to say the least.

Visited Chapman BMW on Camelback after having multiple bad experiences at Chapman BMW Chandler service center. From the very first week I bought my 2021 330i I had trouble with the breaks squeaking very bad, I took it into Chandler service center where I bought my car and they kept telling me the same thing. "Nothing is wrong with the breaks they are high performing breaks." I took my car for the same break problem about 3-4 times, and to top it off every single time I took my bmw in I was back the next weeks later for another car issue. Finally, my break light went on to change breaks took it into BMW Chandler and then they finally said my breaks needed to be fixed after taking it in numerous times asking them to fix my breaks. I had enough, I took it into Camelback Bmw and Lily Carbis was absolutely amazing. She listened, and I feel like she actually cared about what was going on. I will definitely only be going to Camelback BMW from now on. Thank you so much Lilly Carbis you are amazing!
